Dr. Ramesh's research focuses on the development of knowledge representation and reasoning models for a variety of planning and design problems such as requirements engineering and traceability in systems development, business process redesign, and product development. His research interests include the design of computer-based systems for collaborative work, software process improvement and decision support systems. His research has appeared in several leading conferences and journals. Models and techniques developed by him have been incorporated in several leading computer-aided software engineering tools. His research has been funded by several prestigious government and industry sources.

Her role is to advise and assist all accounting students with the employer recruiting process including career and curriculum counseling, resume preparation, interviewing skills, organization of recruiting events (e.g Accounting Employer Showcase), and the maintenance and development of relationships with firm and industry recruiters. She is also the instructor for ACCT 4020, the Professional Accounting course, 2102 Principles of Accounting II and the faculty advisor for ACCT 4391, ACCT 8391 and TAX 8391.
