Prerequisites:
With the consent of instructor, and others depending on the topic; open
to CIS majors only with a minimum GSU cumulative GPA of 3.10.
Catalog Description:
This course addresses emerging
and advanced topics in information technology.
The specific topic will vary from semester to semester, as will
associated course prerequisites. The
student is advised to check with the department on this offering.
This course is repeatable for different topics.
This is also a required course for the MS/CIS thesis option.
Students must
apply to take CIS 8389. An
application form
and a proposal (sample1 and
sample2) must be developed
and approved.
